Listening to good music, having people in ur life who support and are for you, eating well, sleeping and exercising right, getting professional help and taking medication if nec are all part of becoming healthy. Everything on this website are just suggestions based on personal experience, not from a medical professional, so make sure you get the right help for you. Remember most mental health battles are only for a season, and are flags to show you something is wrong and teach you something about yourself. It will get better. Or, if a disorder, can be well managed with support and medication. Never lose hope.
